- Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use as they experience the immersive art spaces, however photo shoots and commercial photography are not permitted without prior approval from our Marketing Team. Please note, use of tripods, gimbals, stabilizers, or selfie sticks is not allowed (handheld devices only). Camera lenses larger than 150mm are not permitted. Lastly, all photography is strictly prohibited in James Turrell’s Ganzfeld installation. Please contact marketing@superblue.com for information about photoshoots and commercial photography.
- Note on photography equipment: Additional camera attachments, such as ring lights, external flashes, external viewing screens, drone cameras, and additional large lenses are not permitted. If you have any questions on our photography guidelines please contact miami@superblue.com.

No, there is no strict time limit. We expect visitors to spend approximately 90 minutes at Superblue Miami, but this can vary for each visitor and may be longer if you choose to visit our Concept Store.

We have a limited number of tickets available for purchase on site at the Box Office. However, due to demand, we highly recommend purchasing tickets online so that you can secure your preferred date and time.

Superblue is also accessible by Brightline’s Miami Central Station. Superblue is also accessible through ride sharing services like Uber or Lyft. Brightline Plus ticket holders can receive free transportation from the Miami Central Station, as we are located within the 5 mile radius.
