This program supports and welcomes guests who are neurodiverse or have sensory input disorders, sensory sensitivities, or other physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities. Breathwork & Sound Healing
Participants will be activated through a series of breathwork techniques and movement to open the body and mind for sound relaxation and meditation. Michelle will bring organic sounds of the gong, bowls, and handpan to close the session for the ultimate sensory experience.
